I’ve completely rebuilt rron.nl.
The new site is built around the things I enjoy making: digital art, creative code, generative systems and small experiments on the web.
The homepage has been redesigned from scratch, with a simpler visual language that puts the work first.
The biggest change is the new Archive. It brings everything I’ve made into one place, from photography, glitch art and digital design to interactive tools, generative artwork and coding experiments.
Some projects are finished pieces to explore, while others are interactive experiments you can play with, modify and make your own.
The archive includes projects such as Geometric Poster Studio, Pattern Foundry, Daily Geometric Studies, Nameflower, Moiré Poster Studio and Weerbeeld.
There are also useful tools for designers and coders, including Chroma Index, Pattern Index and Rijkskleur, which explores the Rijksmuseum collection through color.
I’ve also rebuilt the Contact page and simplified the overall design to make the site easier to navigate.
More than anything, I wanted rron.nl to feel less like a traditional portfolio and more like a living collection of things I’ve made, explored and experimented with.
It’s a work in progress, and that’s the point. I’ll keep adding new projects, artwork and experiments as I make them.
